The Morgan’s Crossing board of directors truly values the voices and perspectives of our community, and we encourage every homeowner to reach out whenever you have a question, idea, or concern. The board meets monthly, and we invite you to check the calendar for specific dates and times. Meeting minutes are published to the document repository in the ACS portal so you can stay informed about decisions and discussions. The Morgan’s Crossing HOA board of directors is elected each year through an open, community-focused process designed to ensure every homeowner has a voice in shaping our neighborhood’s future. Before the annual meeting, homeowners are invited to nominate themselves or a neighbor who would be a great advocate for the community. During the meeting, ballots are cast by eligible homeowners, and votes are tallied to confirm the new board. Following the election of the board, the newly seated board meets to select its officers—President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer—ensuring strong leadership and a collaborative start to the year. It’s a simple, transparent, and welcoming process that encourages involvement and helps keep Morgan’s Crossing a place we’re all proud to call home.
