Springtime is a perfect excuse for some egg‑cellent fun!
Come on down to the Ridge Pool area for our annual Easter Egg Hunt, held on the Saturday 10 am on the weekend before Easter. If the weather decides to play hardball, we’ll simply push the hunt to Sunday afternoon at 1pm.
Our friendly HOA team will hide a basket‑full of goodies‑filled Easter eggs all over the playground area, and we’ll be serving up light refreshments to keep everyone happy and hydrated. Whether you’re a seasoned egg‑hunter or just want to cheer on the neighborhood kids, all are welcome to join the excitement unfold.
Every year, the last weekend of April is reserved for our community‑wide Spring Yard Sale. It runs Friday and Saturday, giving everyone plenty of time to find that perfect item or make a tidy clean‑out.
How it works:
Neighborhood‑wide sign‑posting – We’ll post cheerful yard‑sale signs at each entrance to the neighborhood, so passersby and drivers alike can spot the fun.
Home‑owner choice – Each homeowner is free to display whatever they’d like at their own house. Whether you’ve got a single vintage lamp or a whole closet full of gently‑used treasures, the floor is yours to share.
There’s no central meeting spot for the sale—just friendly neighbors ready to share and shop in their own yards. Grab your baskets, bring your stories, and enjoy the community spirit that makes our spring yard sale such a success!
Each year, Morgans Crossing comes together to celebrate our Annual Fall Festival. All residents are warmly invited to join us for refreshments, games, and a variety of activities designed especially for the kids. The event is held at the Ridge Pool amenity area, providing a perfect gathering space to enjoy the beautiful fall season.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to relax, spend quality time with fellow neighbors, and strengthen the sense of community that makes Morgans Crossing such a special place to live. Whether you stay for a little while or the entire event, we encourage everyone to stop by, share some smiles, and enjoy time with friends and neighbors.
Each November, the Morgans Crossing community gathers for our Annual Membership Meeting — an important and welcoming event designed to keep everyone informed and involved. This meeting offers residents a valuable opportunity to connect with neighbors, stay up to date on community matters, and hear the latest updates and plans directly from the Board.
In addition to sharing news and discussing neighborhood topics, the meeting also serves as the time when elections are held for any open Board seats. We encourage all homeowners to attend, participate, and take an active role in helping shape the future of our community.
