Property Modifications

The property modification and review is a collaborative process between a resident and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Although a planned modification may be congruent with Morgan's Crossing 's design standards, residents must always obtain approval from the ACC prior to beginning an exterior modification project. As stated in the Morgan’s Crossing governing documents, “no structure, improvement, or alteration shall be erected or made upon any Lot without the prior written approval of the Architectural Control Committee.”
