As the leaves begin to turn and the weather cools, we’re delighted to share some updates and reminders for our wonderful community. We hope you're enjoying the beautiful fall season here in Buford, Georgia!
SAVE THE DATE – Fall Festival (Sunday, October 5th)
Mark your calendars! Join us for our Fall Festival at the Ridge amenity area on Sunday, October 5th, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
There will be games, activities, and food for all to enjoy. Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fall fun!
Back to School & Neighborhood Safety
Please keep an eye out for children walking to and from bus stops. With cooler weather bringing more walkers out, let’s all stay alert, drive carefully, and encourage safe street crossing.
Fall Foliage & Storm Drain Awareness
The hardwoods in Morgan’s Crossing will soon be showing off their autumn colors! As leaves fall, please help by keeping street gutters and storm drains clear. This small effort helps prevent flooding and keeps our neighborhood looking great.
Halloween is Just Around the Corner!
We can’t wait to see all the spooky, fun, and festive decorations this October! Let’s make Halloween safe and enjoyable for our trick-or-treaters and neighbors.
Annual HOA Meeting – Coming in November
Save the date! Our annual HOA meeting is planned for mid-November. A formal notice with details will be sent soon. This is a great chance to connect as a neighborhood, review progress, and share ideas for the future.
Tennis Court Repairs
Our tennis courts repair and resurfacing project is underway. Project completion is highly dependent on weather conditions but is currently estimated to take two to three weeks. If you’d like more details about the process or timeline, please reach out to the MC Board.

We'd love to hear what you're up to! If you have any ideas for community events or activities, or if you’d like to volunteer your time, the board is looking for dedicated volunteers to help us make Morgan’s Crossing even better.
