New Pickleball Court!
We have added a Pickleball court to our tennis courts!
The first tennis court when entering the courts is now a multiuse court
that can be used for both Pickleball or Tennis play. The court now has the painted
lines for Pickleball. The center net adjusts up and down to play either
game at the official height.

As a reminder Bogan Pool & Ridge will open May 17.

Unfortunately, there will not be an end of the summer event due to low number of
Homeowner responses, but the Board is looking at the possibility of a Fall or Spring 2025 event.
All Homeowners are encouraged to submit their thoughts and ideas on Community Events.

IMPORTANT Reminders: All Pool Rules are posted at the pools and under the pool/tennis tab on MC website
NO GLASS inside the fenced pool area.
NO Smoking/Vaping inside the fenced pool area.
Only 4 Guests are permitted per household. Large gatherings/Parties are not permitted at this time.
Do Not use your Facility card to let in anyone who does not have a card or if theirs does not work.
Please exit the pool area prior to pool closing, the gates automatically lock at assigned time
Pool Hrs. 7am – 10pm
Should you have any outstanding dues, fines, fees, violations, etc. you are not allowed to access the pool/tennis until the property has been brought back into good standing. Doing so may result in suspension of use. If your property is in good standing and your facility card does not work, contact any Board Member or the Pool Chair for assistance
If you are New to the neighborhood, you must fill out a swipe card form and return to receive your swipe card.
If the previous owner left a card for you, must fill out a swipe card form. All cards are deactivated once properties are sold and the new owner must fill out the form and return. Cards will be activated once form is received.
You must use your facility card to access/exit the pool/tennis facilities. Accessing the facilities without your card or using it to let in other individuals they may or may not live here, may result in suspension of use for a period of time.

Tennis Courts are open year round, but hours are changed to reflect day light savings. Time change will be posted on the gate.
