Spring Summer Letter!
Hello Morgan’s Crossing Neighbors,
As the sun shines brighter and warmer days begin, we’re officially kicking off summer in our beautiful community! We hope everyone is enjoying the longer days and preparing for some fantastic outdoor fun.
Welcome New Neighbors!
We’ve been delighted to welcome some new families to Morgan’s Crossing, including many with young children. Let’s make sure to extend a warm Morgan’s Crossing welcome to anyone we see around the pools or walking in the neighborhood.

Pool & Tennis Access
Just a reminder that our pools are officially open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM! If you haven’t yet received a keycard for pool and tennis access, please don’t hesitate to contact our amenities team at [email protected].
Safety First – Let’s Look Out for Each Other
With school being out, we want to remind everyone to be extra cautious while walking and driving in the neighborhood. Please be mindful of children playing and neighbors using the streets.
4th of July Celebrations!
Get ready to celebrate! We are all looking forward to seeing all the fantastic decorations our neighbors put up in honor of the 4th of July. A friendly reminder to follow the Georgia rules of completing your fireworks by midnight. Please clean up any debris after setting off fireworks to help keep our community looking fantastic!
Statewide Burn Ban
Please be aware that a statewide burn ban for yard waste is currently in effect, running from May 1st through September 30th. This ban is enforced by the respective county fire departments. For the most up-to-date information and guidelines, please contact Gwinnett County Fire / Hall County Fire

Morgan’s Crossing Annual Community Yard Sales
Time to get ready for Morgan’s Crossing annual community yard sales!
Date: Friday and Saturday, May 2nd and 3rd

New Pickleball Court!
We have added a Pickleball court to our tennis courts!
The first tennis court when entering the courts is now a multiuse court
that can be used for both Pickleball or Tennis play. The court now has the painted
lines for Pickleball. The center net adjusts up and down to play either
game at the official height.

As a reminder Bogan Pool will be closing for the season starting Monday August 12th.
Ridge pool will remain open through September.
Unfortunately, there will not be an end of the summer event due to low number of
Homeowner responses, but the Board is looking at the possibility of a Fall or Spring 2025 event.
All Homeowners are encouraged to submit their thoughts and ideas on Community Events.

MC homeowners are advised not to leave valuables inside their vehicles or out in plain sight. In recent weeks MC and surrounding neighborhoods, have been the victim of numerous thefts. Keep vehicles locked, garage doors down, make sure deliveries are promptly brought inside, be aware and observe what is going on around your property, neighboring properties and the community when coming and going. If you see any suspicious activity, (people or vehicles), dial 911 immediately. Better to be safe than sorry…
Stay informed by emailing [email protected] and put “Add me to the Alerts” in the subject line. This is the best way to keep up to date on what’s going on in the neighborhood and with the surrounding areas.
